It’s 3am and your children are safe and asleep.
But there’s a phone in a mansion in Chappaqua, NY and it’s ringing.
Something is happening in the world.
Senator Patrick Leahy is on the line:
“Hello Hillary,” says Leahy. “I was just thinking… would you be interested in the job of Senate Majority Leader next year?”
“How could you, Pat?” says Hillary. “After all the work we’ve done together these last seven years?”
“Please don’t take this personally, Hillary,” says Leahy. “It’s just… you know, it’s just business.”
